Nutrition and Health Coaching

There is a lot of confusion surrounding food, nutrition, health and wellness today. Most of us know what we need to do to be healthier but we don't always act on that knowledge.  The most reliable person to know what is best for you is you. However, there are times when we need someone who will guide and support us on the journey. We may need someone to keep us accountable or simply be the voice of encouragement.  

A Health Coach will keep you on the path. By taking small gradual "baby" steps, (babies fall a lot and bounce right up) you will create balance for optimum health and wellness in your life.

The cornerstone of a healthy diet is to look at all areas of your life. How they interconnect ultimately affects your overall health. Some questions to ask yourself are does stress in your life cause you to overeat? Are you so worn out and tired that you can't exercise? What did you eat for breakfast today? Are there chemical toxins in your home environment that are compromising your health and wellness? 

Striving for better health means exploring a variety of areas in your life.
